What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Better Blend retains the right to modify the initial training program's length and content. This flexibility allows Better Blend to tailor the training to the franchisee's and their employees' experience and skill levels.

This means that the pre-opening training that Better Blend provides to the Principal Executive and up to three other employees may vary. The training takes place at Better Blend's headquarters or a Better Blend business designated by them. Better Blend does not charge a fee for this training. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering their own costs related to travel, lodging, meals, and other out-of-pocket expenses.

For a prospective franchisee, this implies that the duration and topics covered in the initial training are not fixed. Better Blend can adjust the program based on their assessment of the franchisee's and their team's capabilities. Franchisees should be prepared for potential variations in the training schedule and content, and budget accordingly for travel and related expenses. It would be prudent for a prospective franchisee to discuss with Better Blend what factors might influence changes to the training program and to understand the typical range of training duration and topics.
