- 7.14 Meetings. The Principal Executive shall use reasonable efforts to attend all in-person meetings and remote meetings (such as telephone or video conference calls) that BBF requires, including any national or regional brand conventions or conferences.
Franchisee shall not permit the Principal Executive to fail to attend more than three consecutive required meetings.
BBF may charge Franchisee the attendance fee for Better Blend's national or regional brand convention, regardless of whether the Principal Executive attends.
Franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses of attending any such meeting or convention.
