What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best Western's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Best Western has the authority to reject a proposed management company for an Aiden System Hotel. Best Western requires Aiden System Hotels to hire a management company that adheres to Best Western's standards and receives approval from Best Western.
Best Western retains the right to reject a management company if it determines that the company is either unwilling or unable to meet the requirements outlined in Best Western's standards. This provision allows Best Western to ensure that all Aiden System Hotels are managed by competent and compliant companies, maintaining brand consistency and service quality.
For a prospective franchisee of an Aiden System Hotel, this means they cannot choose any management company they want. They must select one that Best Western approves. This ensures that the management company will adhere to Best Western's operational standards. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand Best Western's criteria for management companies to ensure any proposed company will meet those standards.
