- 900.33 Bathrooms shall contain good quality terry cloth items of proper grade and in recommended amounts. (See Chapter X.) Sufficient towel bars shall be provided to accommodate the required amount of towels and shall be conveniently located for easy access.
- 900.34 Each bathroom shall contain one waste basket. (See Chapter X.)
- 900.35 Shower curtain and rod, tub tracks and glass doors shall be clean and free of soap residue, water minerals and mildew.
- 900.36 Each guest bath shall be supplied with goodquality toilet and facial tissue holders. Facial tissues of standard size shall be provided in permanently mounted holders or in a permanent decorative holder approved by Best Western.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best Western's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the minimum television size for a guest room depends on the Best Western brand. For a standard Best Western, the minimum size is one 32-inch television or larger. For a Best Western Plus, the minimum size is one 37-inch television or larger. For a Best Western Premier, the minimum size is one 42-inch television or larger.
For suites without a full wall and door separator, a Best Western location must have a minimum of one 42-inch television or larger, clearly viewable from both the seating area and the sleeping area; or a minimum of two 32-inch or larger televisions. For suites with a full wall and door separator, a standard Best Western must have a minimum of two 32-inch or larger televisions. A Best Western Plus must have a minimum of one 37-inch or larger television and one 32-inch or larger television. A Best Western Premier must have a minimum of one 42-inch or larger television and one 32-inch or larger television.
Additionally, Best Western Plus properties have specific requirements due by December 31, 2024, including a minimum television size of 50 inches for guestrooms, lobbies, breakfast areas, and fitness areas. These televisions must also have streaming/casting capabilities and be of commercial grade. All Best Western branded hotels were required to replace all televisions with ones that comply with the Television Guidelines by December 31, 2024.
