What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Best Western Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to provide accommodations for Best Western trainers at no cost while they provide initial training at the property. This is a mandatory requirement as part of the initial training program.

Initial training is provided for between three to five days at the property or another designated location.
