Approved December 21, 2011 – All Best Western branded hotels shall designate an employee as its Sales Champion by February 29, 2012. The designated Sales Champion shall be an individual who is responsible for sales operations at the hotel and shall be the contact person for Worldwide Sales. Sales Champions must successfully complete Sales Champion training within ninety (90) days of being designated and annually thereafter (prior to the one-year anniversary of the date of the certification). If at any time a Sales Champion terminates his or her employment with the hotel or is replaced for any reason, the hotel must designate a new Sales Champion within thirty (30) days of the event requiring a new designation. Sales Champion training and certification shall be at no cost to the Property.
