What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best Brains's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Best Brains reserves the right to take over the provision of E-Learning for a franchise if they reasonably feel that the franchisee is not meeting their quality standards for E-Learning.
If Best Brains takes over the E-Learning provision, the franchisee agrees to pay Best Brains $20 per hour for teaching time, in addition to the royalties due on E-Learning Fees. This arrangement suggests that Best Brains is committed to maintaining a certain level of quality in its E-Learning programs and is willing to intervene if a franchisee's performance falls short of expectations.
This condition highlights the importance of franchisees adhering to Best Brains's quality standards for E-Learning. It also underscores the potential financial implications for franchisees who fail to meet these standards, as they would be responsible for covering the teaching time costs incurred by Best Brains. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider their ability to deliver high-quality E-Learning services and the potential consequences of not meeting Best Brains's expectations.
