What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Best Brains' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Best Brains retains the unrestricted right to enter the franchised business to examine operations and facilities. This includes testing, sampling, inspecting, and observing the services and products that the franchisee offers.

As a Best Brains franchisee, you have an affirmative duty to cooperate with Best Brains or its authorized representatives during any inspection. This includes providing any assistance that may be reasonably requested. Best Brains also has the right to observe, photograph, and record your business operations for time periods they deem necessary, as well as interview personnel and customers of the franchised business.

This level of oversight is common in franchising, allowing Best Brains to ensure that franchisees are adhering to brand standards and operational procedures. It also allows Best Brains to gather information about the performance of individual franchise locations, which can be used to improve the system as a whole. Prospective franchisees should be prepared for regular inspections and should maintain accurate records to facilitate these reviews.
