In addition to the above training, we provide you pre-opening and opening on-the-job supervision and assistance at the premises of your Franchised Business for approximately three days near the time of the opening of your Franchised Business.
Ongoing Training. You must participate, if we require, in up to five days per calendar year of refresher training in the operations and marketing of the Franchised Business. The refresher training will be at a location we chose or may be electronic. Currently, we do not charge a fee, but you must pay all travel and living expenses to attend training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best Brains' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor provides some supervision and assistance. Best Brains offers pre-opening and on-the-job supervision and assistance at the franchisee's business location for about three days around the time of the franchise's opening.
Ongoing training is also part of the Best Brains franchise agreement. Franchisees must participate in up to five days per calendar year of refresher training if Best Brains requires it. This training covers operations and marketing. The location for refresher training is of Best Brains' choosing and may be electronic. Franchisees are responsible for all travel and living expenses to attend these training sessions.
The FDD also states that franchisees must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations that apply to the operation of their business. Some jurisdictions may consider the Best Brains business to be a "school" or "after-school program," which may subject the franchisee to state or local licensing, permit, and ordinance laws. The franchisee is responsible for investigating these laws and regulations further.
