What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best Brains's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Best Brains will provide franchisees with an initial inventory of Student Worksheets, Instructional Materials, and Abacuses. This is part of the initial inventory, equipment, and center décor that Best Brains ships to the franchisee. However, Best Brains does not install any of these items.
During the operation of the Best Brains franchised business, Best Brains will also provide franchisees with the inventory of Student Worksheets, Instructional Materials, and Abacuses for purchase, as described in Item 6 of the FDD.
Therefore, Best Brains provides the initial inventory to get the franchisee started and then provides ongoing access to these materials for purchase to support the continued operation of the franchise.
