What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best Brains' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a Placement Test Review Fee. This fee is $1,500 per test.
This fee is due upon the submission of each placement test. This means that franchisees will need to budget for this expense as they administer placement tests to prospective students.
Best Brains retains the right to increase fees, including the Placement Test Review Fee, but can only do so once per fiscal year. Any increase will be tied to the Metropolitan Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Consumers, with the initial increase based on the index from July 1, 2011. This protects franchisees from arbitrary or excessive fee hikes.
