Approval of Alternate Suppliers
To have an alternate supplier approved, you must first notify us in writing, submit sufficient specifications, samples and information, along with our then current fee (which is currently $500 per day) for each person we provide for this determination plus reasonable expenses. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best Brains's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to use an alternate supplier, they must first notify Best Brains in writing and provide all necessary specifications, samples, and information, along with a fee. The fee is currently $500 per day for each person Best Brains assigns to evaluate the supplier, plus any reasonable expenses they incur.
Best Brains will then notify the franchisee of their approval or disapproval of the alternate supplier within 30 days of receiving all the required information.
