What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Best Brains' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Best Brains does not impose any restrictions or conditions that limit a franchisee's access to customers. However, the franchise agreement does include non-compete and no solicitation clauses.

During the term of the agreement, franchisees cannot offer services similar to those offered by a Best Brains learning center, except under the Best Brains franchise agreement. After the agreement terminates or expires, the franchisee cannot offer similar services within 25 miles of their former location or any Best Brains location for two years.

Additionally, for two years after termination or expiration, franchisees are prohibited from soliciting business from any customer of the franchised business within the same geographic area. These restrictions could limit a franchisee's ability to continue operating a similar business or attract former customers if they leave the Best Brains system.
