What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best Brains's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Placement Test Review Fee of $1,500 is due upon submission of a placement test. This fee covers the cost of Best Brains reviewing the test.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that each time a placement test is submitted by a potential student, the franchisee is responsible for paying Best Brains $1,500. This fee is in addition to other fees such as royalty fees, technology fees, and brand development fund contributions.
It is important to note that all fees are uniformly imposed and payable to Best Brains via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and are non-refundable. Additionally, Best Brains may increase the specified fees, contributions, and dollar amounts from time to time, but no more than once during any fiscal year, to reflect increases in the Consumer Price Index.
