You must focus your marketing efforts on promoting and enhancing the Franchised Business. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best Brains' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can accept orders from anywhere. However, this ability is coupled with specific limitations on marketing and sales channels. Best Brains franchisees must concentrate their marketing efforts on promoting the franchised business itself.
Specifically, franchisees are not allowed to sell products or services via the Internet, mail order, or catalogs unless they have prior written approval from Best Brains. This restriction means that while a franchisee can technically accept an order that originates from anywhere, they cannot proactively market or solicit sales through online or mail-order channels without explicit permission.
This policy ensures that Best Brains maintains control over its brand image and sales strategies, preventing franchisees from engaging in marketing practices that may not align with the company's overall vision. Prospective franchisees should consider this restriction when evaluating their business plan and marketing strategies, as it may limit their ability to reach customers outside of their immediate geographic area through certain channels.
