What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Best Brains' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a new franchisee must complete the ACH Authorization Form. This form is included as Schedule 3 to the Franchise Agreement.
Completing the ACH Authorization Form allows Best Brains to collect fees via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). This is the standard method for franchisees to pay fees to Best Brains. All fees are uniformly imposed, collected, and payable to Best Brains via EFT and are non-refundable.
