Are fees paid to Best Brains refundable?

According to Best Brains' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all fees paid to Best Brains are generally non-refundable. Specifically, the FDD states that all fees are uniformly imposed, collected, and payable via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and are non-refundable. This policy applies to various fees that a franchisee might pay throughout the franchise agreement term.
