According to Best Brains' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay an E-Training Certification fee to be equipped to offer e-learning. The initial fee is $375. This fee equips the franchisee to offer e-learning services under the Best Brains brand.
In addition to the initial $375, a franchisee will incur further costs of $75 for each additional course required. This implies that the initial $375 fee covers a base level of e-learning certification, and franchisees must pay extra to offer a wider range of e-learning courses.
Best Brains also charges a Subject Material Fee of $5 per subject per month for the availability and distribution of e-learning material. This is a recurring monthly fee, unlike the one-time E-Training Certification fee. Furthermore, if Best Brains determines that a franchisee is not meeting their quality standards for E-Learning, Best Brains reserves the right to take over the provision of E-Learning for the franchise, and the franchisee will have to pay Best Brains $20 per hour for teaching time in addition to the royalties due on E-Learning Fees.
