According to Best Brains' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training is expected to be conducted at one of the Best Brains learning centers located in the Chicagoland area. This training takes place in the weeks leading up to the opening of the franchisee's learning center, typically about one to ten weeks after the Franchise Agreement is signed.

Best Brains aims to provide flexibility in scheduling the training to accommodate their personnel as well as the franchisee and their employees. The training program requires the franchisee to pass to Best Brains' satisfaction.

Prospective franchisees should note that they are responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred during the training period. If a franchisee purchases a Premium Learning Center, they must pay Best Brains a $3,500 initial training fee.
