This financial performance representation discloses historical information regarding (i) the actual annual Gross Sales (defined below) for the stores that were open and operated at least one year as of the end of 2022 (the "2022 Operating Stores") (ii) the actual annual Gross Sales (defined below) for the stores that were open and operated at least one year as of the end of 2023 (the "2023 Operating Stores"), and (iii) the actual annual Gross Sales (defined below) for the stores that were open and operated at least one year as of the end of 2024 (the "2024 Operating Stores").
We have included the Gross Sales for the period January 1, 2022-December 31, 2022 (the "2022 Measurement Period"), Gross Sales for the period January 1, 2023-December 31, 2023 (the "2023 Measurement Period"), and Gross Sales for the period January 1, 2024-December 31, 2024 (the "2024 Measurement Period"). The Operating Stores are separated for Franchisee Owned Operating Stores and Company Owned Operating Stores.
