You must submit all advertising and promotional materials to us prior to your use.
If we do not respond within 14 days after you submit the proposed advertising materials to us, the advertising materials will be deemed not approved.
You must secure and maintain in force all required licenses, permits and certificates relating to your Store and be prepared to furnish copies upon request.
You must immediately notify us in writing of any claim, litigation or proceeding that arises from or affects the operation or financial condition of your BEN'S SOFT PRETZELS business or Store, including any notices of health code violations or other license violations.
Also, each advertising cooperative must submit to us its meeting minutes upon our request.
