Does the Bens Soft Pretzels 3-Pack Addendum impose any obligations on the Franchisor?

Based on the 2025 Bens Soft Pretzels Franchise Disclosure Document, the Mobile Store Program Agreement states that the franchisor, Ben's Soft Pretzels Franchising Corporation, is willing to grant the franchisee the right to operate a Mobile Store, subject to the terms and conditions of the addendum and the Franchise Agreement.
