According to Ben Jerrys' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the agents authorized to receive service of process on behalf of Ben & Jerry's are listed in Exhibit O. Ben & Jerry's intends to register the Franchise Disclosure Document as a "franchise" in some or all of the states listed, in accordance with applicable state law. If and when Ben & Jerry's pursues franchise registration (or otherwise complies with the franchise investment laws) in these states, they will designate the state offices or officials listed as their agents for service of process in those states.
