What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are two tables that provide conflicting information on the total number of outlets at the end of 2025.
One table shows that at the end of 2025, Belocal had a total of 148 outlets, comprised of 135 franchised and 13 company-owned. This is compared to 143 total outlets at the start of the year.
However, another table indicates that Belocal had a total of 14 outlets at the end of 2025, which included 13 franchised and 1 company-owned. At the start of 2025, there were a total of 6 outlets. Due to the discrepancy between these two tables, it is important that a prospective franchisee ask Belocal for clarification regarding the total number of outlets at the end of 2025.
