What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are additional fees associated with the optional services that Belocal or its affiliate may offer to franchisees. To receive these optional services, a franchisee must enter into an N2 Franchisee Services Agreement with Belocal's affiliate. The service offerings are subject to change, with additional services potentially being approved and existing services possibly being discontinued.
This means that while Belocal provides initial and ongoing support, franchisees have the option to purchase additional services to further assist in the operation of their Belocal franchise. These services are not mandatory, allowing franchisees to choose whether or not they need the extra support.
However, it is important for prospective franchisees to understand that these optional services come at an additional cost, as specified in the N2 Franchisee Services Agreement. The specific fees for these services are not detailed in this section, so prospective franchisees should carefully review Exhibit F (the N2 Franchisee Services Agreement) and inquire about the costs of any optional services they may be interested in before making a final decision. The fact that these offerings are subject to change also means that franchisees need to stay informed about what services are currently available and their associated costs.
