Does Belocal have the right to access a franchisee's technology or software programs?

According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Belocal maintains the right to access a franchisee's technology and software programs under specific conditions. If Belocal provides a franchisee with technology or software programs, or requires specific cloud systems and software, Belocal reserves the right to maintain complete access to these systems at all times, without the franchisee's permission. In such cases, the franchisee must provide Belocal with all passwords and login credentials upon request.
