What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Belocal does impose pricing requirements on franchisees. Specifically, Belocal requires franchisees to price their digital Extended Reach advertising services within a specified range.
However, franchisees have the freedom to set prices for other advertisements they sell, as Belocal currently does not impose maximum, minimum, or other pricing requirements on these services. Belocal retains the right to establish such pricing requirements for all advertising rates in the future, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
This policy means that while Belocal franchisees have some pricing flexibility, they must adhere to Belocal's set range for digital Extended Reach advertising services. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specifics of this pricing range and how it might affect their profitability and sales strategies.
