What replaces Attachment B to the Belocal Franchise Agreement?

According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Attachment B to the Franchise Agreement is deleted and replaced with Schedule 1 to the Test Publication Amendment. This change is part of an amendment related to the Test Publication, which is now included in the terms Publication and N2 publications throughout the agreement. References to the Belocal brand and publications will now refer to the Test Publication brand and test publications.

This amendment impacts the performance requirements for the Test Publication. Specifically, any performance requirements related to minimum monthly commission, the minimum number of pages, the minimum number of articles, or qualified sales will be detailed in the Franchise Brand Standards Manual. This means franchisees need to consult the Franchise Brand Standards Manual for specific performance metrics related to the Test Publication.

Except for the changes explicitly outlined in the amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement remain in full effect. The recitals in the amendment are also incorporated into the Franchise Agreement. In case of any conflict between the original Franchise Agreement and the amendment, the terms of the amendment will take precedence.
