What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Explore Guides serve a specific purpose within each publication. Each issue of the Belocal publication must include two Explore Guides. These guides are designed to showcase the city's top offerings.
For a Belocal franchisee, this means dedicating a portion of each publication to highlighting the best attractions, businesses, or experiences within their territory. This could include restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping districts, or local events. The Explore Guides provide an opportunity to attract readers by offering valuable information about the area.
By including Explore Guides, Belocal aims to provide a comprehensive view of the local community, making the publication relevant and engaging for residents. This also creates opportunities for local businesses to be featured, potentially leading to advertising revenue for the franchisee.
