Will Belocal provide support materials after the initial franchise training program?

Upon conclusion of the initial franchise training program, we will provide teleconference and online selfguided training materials to support you during your ramp-up to print and launch period.
We may require you to periodically attend additional training programs and seminars, which will be conducted at various locations we designate, or which may be conducted virtually, and which may be conducted by third parties. We have the sole discretion to make available additional training in response to your request but have no obligation to do so. We and such other third parties have the right to charge a reasonable fee for these additional training programs and seminars. The fees that we charge will be based on our costs and/or the fees charged by such third parties. The duration of additional training programs will vary based upon the subject matter and content of the programs. You must pay all expenses you or your personnel incur in any training program or seminar, including the cost of travel, lodging, meals, and wages. If you will not be involved in the day-to-day operations of the Franchised Business and instead hire a manager to do so, both you and the manager must successfully complete the initial training program.

According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon completing the initial franchise training program, Belocal will provide franchisees with teleconference and online self-guided training materials. Belocal may also require franchisees to periodically attend additional training programs and seminars. These can be conducted at designated locations or virtually, and may be run by third parties. Franchisees are responsible for all expenses incurred while participating in any training program or seminar, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages. If a franchisee hires a manager to handle the day-to-day operations, both the franchisee and the manager must successfully complete the initial training program. Belocal also provides ongoing advice and written materials regarding the operations and management of the franchised business, including advice regarding operational challenges.
