Franchisor agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, the following to Franchisee:
- A. Franchise Brand Standards Manual. During the initial training program and for the Term of this Agreement, access to the Franchise Brand Standards Manual, either in paper and/or electronic form. The Franchise Brand Standards Manual is Confidential Information.
- B. Software Programs. For a reasonable fee, any Software Programs that Franchisor acquires or develops for use in the System; provided, that Franchisor is under no obligation to develop or acquire such Software Programs.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Belocal will provide ongoing advice and written materials concerning techniques for managing and operating the franchised business. The provision of this advice and materials is subject to Belocal's discretion, as they will only provide what they deem necessary.
Belocal also provides franchisees with access to the Franchise Brand Standards Manual during the initial training program and for the term of the agreement, either in paper or electronic form. This manual is considered confidential information. The Franchise Brand Standards Manual is designed to familiarize the franchisee and their team with Belocal's processes and procedures, as well as provide information about training and available resources. The manual, along with other documents, resources, and video-based courses, can be found in Compass (compass.n2co.com).
Belocal also has professional teams dedicated to supporting the franchised business, including teams for product operations, design, pre-production, and print. Franchisees are also required to comply with the System operating standards and the Franchise Brand Standards Manual, and failure to do so may result in fines of up to $500 for the first instance and up to $1,000 for subsequent instances.
