After you sign the Franchise Agreement and before you begin initial training, you will be given online access to certain confidential information. We will provide you with online access to all of our Franchise Brand Standards Manual and other confidential information we deem necessary after you successfully complete training. The Franchise Brand Standards Manual and other confidential information may be provided through electronic means only. A copy of the table of contents of the Franchise Brand Standards Manual is attached as Exhibit E. We consider the contents of the Franchise Brand Standards Manual to be proprietary, and you must treat the Franchise Brand Standards Manual and its contents as confidential. Our Franchise Brand Standards Manual has a total of 51 pages.
