What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to receive optional services from a Belocal affiliate, a franchisee must enter into an "N2 Franchisee Services Agreement". This agreement is with the affiliate, not directly with Belocal itself. A copy of the current form of this agreement is included as Exhibit F to the FDD.

This agreement is important for prospective franchisees to review carefully. It indicates that these optional services come with additional fees, which franchisees must factor into their financial planning. The FDD also states that the specific services offered, and their associated fees, are subject to change, meaning that Belocal can add or discontinue services, and adjust pricing, at its discretion.

As with any optional service, franchisees should evaluate whether the potential benefits justify the costs. It is important to understand the terms and conditions outlined in the N2 Franchisee Services Agreement before committing to any optional services offered by Belocal's affiliate. Franchisees should also inquire about the typical utilization rates and satisfaction levels of other franchisees who have used these optional services to make an informed decision.
