According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to maintain Comprehensive General Liability Insurance with a minimum combined single limit of $2,000,000 per occurrence. Additionally, the policy must have a $4,000,000 general aggregate. This insurance coverage is intended to protect the franchisee against claims related to personal injury, death, property damage, or any loss, liability, or expense arising from the operation of the Belocal franchise.

Belocal franchisees must ensure that their insurance policies are written by a carrier approved or required by Belocal. The policy should include broad-form contractual liability, broad-form property damage, personal injury, advertising injury, completed operations, products liability, and fire damage coverage. This comprehensive coverage is designed to mitigate various risks associated with running the business and hosting events.
