In addition to the Staple articles, franchisees are also required to include two Explore Guides, two Points of View articles, one History article, one Hidden Gem article, and twenty Local Tips articles in each issue.

Local Tips articles include testimonials from residents about must-see events and places.
Belocal also requires franchisees to include the number of articles each month on the topics required in the Franchise Brand Standards Manual. It is important to note that Belocal may change the article requirements in its discretion during the term of the Franchise Agreement. Prospective franchisees should review the Franchise Brand Standards Manual carefully and discuss any potential changes to these requirements with Belocal before signing the Franchise Agreement.
