What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, new franchisees must participate in 8 hours of virtual field training after they complete the classroom portion of their initial training.
This virtual field training is a mandatory part of the initial training program that Belocal requires franchisees to complete within the first 60 days after signing the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees cannot begin operating their Belocal business until they have satisfactorily completed this training. The initial franchise training program is provided at no additional charge, but the franchisee is responsible for any costs they incur in connection with their participation in the training.
Belocal also provides teleconference and online self-guided training materials to support franchisees during their ramp-up to print and launch period after the initial training. Belocal may also require franchisees to periodically attend additional training programs and seminars, which may be conducted at various locations or virtually, and may be conducted by third parties. Franchisees are responsible for all expenses incurred in any training program or seminar, including the cost of travel, lodging, meals, and wages.
