Our initial franchise training program is offered as needed during the year depending on the number of new franchisees. Initial training generally requires 19 hours. The subjects covered and other information relevant to our initial franchise training program are described below.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise training program generally requires 19 hours. This training is offered as needed throughout the year, depending on the number of new franchisees. Franchisees have the option to receive the training virtually or in-person at a designated training location.
Belocal's FDD also provides a breakdown of the training subjects and their respective durations. The classroom portion of the training totals 12 hours, while the on-the-job training accounts for 9.5 hours. The subjects covered include Introduction (2.5 hours classroom, 0.5 hours on-the-job), Sales & Marketing (7 hours classroom, 2.5 hours on-the-job), Content (2.5 hours on-the-job), Walk-Ins (0.75 hours classroom, 1 hour on-the-job), Phone Calls (1 hour classroom, 2.5 hours on-the-job), and Admin (0.75 hours classroom, 0.5 hours on-the-job). Additionally, franchisees must participate in 8 hours of virtual field training after completing the classroom segment of the initial training.

The subjects taught and the time periods allocated for each subject may vary based on the experience of the trainees. Franchisees are responsible for any costs they incur in connection with their participation in the training.
