What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are two tables that show different numbers for the number of franchised outlets.
In the first table, at the start of 2024, Belocal had 154 franchised outlets. During 2024, the number of franchised locations decreased by 21, resulting in 133 franchised outlets at the end of the year. In 2025, there were 133 franchised outlets at the start of the year, and that number increased by 2, ending the year with 135 franchised locations.
In the second table, at the start of 2024, Belocal had 4 franchised outlets. During 2024, the number of franchised locations increased by 2, resulting in 6 franchised outlets at the end of the year. In 2025, there were 6 franchised outlets at the start of the year, and that number increased by 7, ending the year with 13 franchised locations. A prospective franchisee should clarify these discrepancies with Belocal.
