The Principal or operations manager named in Attachment E hereto must personally supervise and devote full-time attention to the dayto-day operations and management of the Franchised Business.

Franchisee must obtain Franchisor's approval to use an operations manager and must obtain Franchisor's acceptance of the specific person serving as the operations manager.

As applicable, the Principal must complete any training that Franchisor requires and execute the form of confidentiality, non-competition, and non-solicitation agreements that Franchisor requires.

The operations manager must complete any training that Franchisor requires, pass a background check, and execute the form of confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements that Franchisor requires.

Franchisee shall give Franchisor advance written notice of any change to its designated operations manager.

Franchisee, through its Principal and/or operations manager, must diligently promote the sale of, and stimulate interest in, advertising in the Publication that Franchisee manages, however Franchisee must not agree, represent, or warrant to any advertiser that such advertiser will have any exclusive advertising rights and/or protection from competing advertisers.

According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, either the Principal or an approved operations manager must personally supervise and dedicate full-time attention to the daily operations and management of the Belocal franchised business. If a franchisee chooses to employ an operations manager, they must first obtain Belocal's approval of that individual.

The operations manager is required to complete any training Belocal deems necessary, pass a background check, and sign confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements. The franchisee must also provide Belocal with advance written notice of any changes to the designated operations manager.

Furthermore, the Principal or operations manager is responsible for actively promoting the sale of advertising within the Belocal publication managed by the franchisee. They must also stimulate interest in advertising opportunities. However, the franchisee cannot guarantee any advertiser exclusive rights or protection from competitors.
