What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Belocal requires or the franchisee requests additional or remedial training, attendees may have to pay Belocal's current rate for such training. Alternatively, they may need to cover tuition or attendance fees charged by third-party providers.

Regardless of who provides the training, the franchisee is responsible for all associated costs. These costs include transportation, lodging, other travel-related expenses, and wages for the attendees. The training location and methods will be determined by Belocal.

It is important for prospective Belocal franchisees to budget for potential additional training expenses. They should inquire about the typical frequency and cost of remedial training to better understand the financial implications. Understanding these costs upfront can help in financial planning and ensure they are prepared for any additional training requirements during the franchise term. The additional training fee will not exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per day, plus travel-related expenses Franchisee incurs.
