If Belocal changes the Copyrighted Materials, what is the franchisee obligated to do?

According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Belocal retains the right to modify its Copyrighted Materials at any time. Should Belocal make such changes, franchisees are obligated to use the updated Copyrighted Materials. Furthermore, franchisees must discontinue using the previous versions of the Copyrighted Materials as directed by Belocal.
