When is the HD Sales Commission paid to a Belocal franchisee?

According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the HD Sales Commission is paid to the franchisee in the month following the client's unconditional and complete payment for the goods and services they purchased.

Several conditions must be met for a Belocal franchisee to receive the HD Sales Commission. First, the franchisee must be the first to introduce a new prospective lead to Hyport Digital, and that lead must not have been a client of Hyport Digital in the previous 12 months. Second, the client must unconditionally and completely pay for the goods and services purchased from Hyport Digital. Additionally, the franchisee must be in full compliance with all franchise agreements with Belocal and its affiliates to receive the HD Sales Commission.

The amount, due date, and calculation of the HD Sales Commission are subject to change at Belocal's discretion. Belocal may consider factors such as the type of good or service sold, other client purchases, whether the franchisee referred the client, the involvement of the Hyport Digital sales team, and the franchisee's role in facilitating the client relationship when determining the commission. The HD Sales Commission is calculated on the gross invoice price of the goods and services, less all taxes, credits, discounts, rebates, and/or allowances.

It's important to note that Belocal reserves the right to modify or discontinue the sales program related to the HD Sales Commission at its sole discretion. The then-current HD Sales Commission details are set forth in the Franchise Brand Standards Manual, which franchisees should consult for the most up-to-date information.
