H. Office; Equipment.
- (1) Franchisee may operate the Franchised Business from any facility it chooses, which may be Franchisee's home.
Franchisee's office must be located within a radius of 50 miles from the perimeter of Franchisee's Territory, unless Franchisor grants Franchisee a variance.
Franchisor does not provide Franchisee any assistance in locating an office.
Franchisee is solely responsible for conforming the facility to any local requirements.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can operate the Franchised Business from their home. The document states that the franchisee may operate the business from any facility they choose, including their home.
However, the franchisee's office must be located within a 50-mile radius of the perimeter of their territory, unless Belocal grants a variance. Belocal does not assist the franchisee in locating an office, and the franchisee is solely responsible for ensuring the facility meets all local requirements.
