The exhibit specifies agents for service of process in California, Hawaii, Illinois, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. For example, in California, the agent is the Commissioner of Financial Protection and Innovation, Department of Financial Protection and Innovation located in Los Angeles. In Texas, the agent is the Texas Secretary of State Statutory Document Section located in Austin.
