According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional or remedial training will be conducted at locations and using methods designated by Belocal.

Belocal has the sole discretion to decide the training format, whether it's in-person, virtual, or through other electronic means. This could mean traveling to a specific location Belocal chooses, or participating in online training sessions.
It is important to note that while the initial training is provided at no additional charge, franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with additional or remedial training, including transportation, lodging, and wages. Additionally, attendees of required or requested additional training may be required to pay Belocal's then-current rate or tuition/attendance fees charged by third-party providers.
