) If Franchisor requires, Franchisee must complete Franchisor's required training and certification program in order to qualify to solicit leads for and facilitate client relationships with Hyport Digital.

  • E. Management and Promotion of the Franchised Business. The Principal or operations manager named in Attachment E hereto must personally supervise and devote full-time attention to the dayto-day operations and management of the Franchised Business. Franchisee must obtain Franchisor's approval to use an operations manager and must obtain Franchisor's acceptance of the specific person serving as the operations manager. As applicable, the Principal must complete any training that Franchisor requires and execute the form of confidentiality, non-competition, and non-solicitation agreements that Franchisor requires.

According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Belocal requires it, the franchisee, through its Principal or operations manager, must complete Belocal's required training and certification program to solicit leads for and facilitate client relationships with Hyport Digital.

The Principal or operations manager named in Attachment E must personally supervise and devote full-time attention to the day-to-day operations and management of the Franchised Business. The operations manager must complete any training that Belocal requires and pass a background check.

It is important to note that the opportunity to solicit leads for Hyport Digital is optional and not required under the terms of the Franchise Agreement. However, if the franchisee chooses to participate, they must comply with all requirements pertaining to Hyport Digital, including those related to its goods, services, clients, operations, and trademarks. Failure to comply with these requirements could result in default under the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees are also responsible for all costs associated with training, including transportation, lodging, and wages.
