Does Belocal assist in the hiring process for franchisees?

According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Belocal does not assist franchisees in the hiring process. However, Belocal may provide some limited training to a franchisee's employees, contractors, or representatives.

Belocal offers initial training that generally requires 19 hours, and franchisees must attend and satisfactorily complete this training within the first 60 days after signing the Franchise Agreement. This training can be received virtually or in-person at a designated training location. Franchisees are responsible for any costs incurred in connection with their participation in the training, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages.

Belocal may also require franchisees to periodically attend additional training programs and seminars, which will be conducted at various locations or virtually, and may be conducted by third parties. Belocal has the sole discretion to make available additional training in response to a franchisee's request but has no obligation to do so. Franchisees must pay all expenses incurred in any training program or seminar, including the cost of travel, lodging, meals, and wages. If a franchisee will not be involved in the day-to-day operations of the Franchised Business and instead hires a manager to do so, both the franchisee and the manager must successfully complete the initial training program.
