What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Belocal's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Belocal may provide additional or remedial training to franchisees on an as-needed basis, at their discretion. This training supplements the initial training provided to all new franchisees.
Belocal also outlines that franchisees may be required to complete additional training and achieve certain certifications to qualify for the opportunity to facilitate client relationships with Hyport Digital. This suggests that Belocal is invested in ensuring franchisees are adequately prepared to represent Hyport Digital and maintain the quality of service associated with the brand.
Overall, the provision of additional or remedial training, as well as specialized training for programs like Hyport Digital, indicates Belocal's commitment to supporting franchisees' development and success. However, the discretionary nature of the additional training means franchisees should proactively seek support and guidance when needed.
