By checking the consent box on the Signing of Software License and Related Agreements page, Customer agrees to the installation of the installed software products or installed software components of the online services acquired by Customer pursuant to any/all of the Customer's agreement(s) with SpeedLine Solutions Inc., as well as any software updates to such products or components to which Customer may be entitled under such agreement(s). The function and purpose of SpeedLine Solutions Inc.'s software products and online services are as follows (actual products acquired by Customer are as set out in Customer's Quote(s)):
- SpeedLine Terminal, Menu Designer, and Store Manager: restaurant point-of-sale solution suite for ordering, menu and configuration management, and store reporting.
- SpeedLine Inventory: restaurant inventory tracking software.
- SpeedLine SpeedWeb: web and mobile remote reporting software for restaurants.
- SpeedLine SpeedLink Enterprise: enterprise configuration management and reporting software for restaurant chains.
- SpeedLine Connect: web and mobile ordering gateway application for restaurants.
- SpeedLine Pay App: payment processor authorization at the restaurant customer's door for delivery orders, with reconciliation of the payment and authorization within the SpeedLine point-of-sale solution.
- SpeedDine Online Ordering Service: remote online ordering through a website or downloaded app by restaurant customers for pick-up or delivery.
