What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beggars Pizza Franchise Disclosure Document, Beggars Pizza Franchise, LLC conducts business solely under the name "Beggars Pizza®." This means that all franchised locations and official business operations are expected to operate and be recognized under this specific brand name. This is important for maintaining brand consistency and recognition across all Beggars Pizza outlets.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that the restaurant must be branded and operated as "Beggars Pizza®." The FDD also states that Beggars Pizza utilizes certain trade names, service marks, trademarks, trade dress, logos, emblems, and indicia of origin including the mark "Beggars Pizza®" and the mark "Beggars Pizza (plus logo)" (collectively, the "Proprietary Marks"). Beggars Pizza retains the right to modify or substitute these Proprietary Marks at any time in its sole discretion.
Adhering to the brand name and associated proprietary marks is a standard requirement in franchising, ensuring that customers can easily identify and associate the services and products with the Beggars Pizza brand. Franchisees should be aware of these branding requirements and any potential changes to the Proprietary Marks, as these will directly impact their business's public image and marketing efforts.
